Return eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

gift cards, downloadable products, or other final sale items, if offered
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

How to request a return

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as A Kitchen Shop is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it may no longer be canceled.
