Shipping Policy

At A Kitchen Shop, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, high-order periods, or if additional verification is required.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a free shipping offer is clearly stated on the website.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order changes and cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Tracking information
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.

Delayed or lost shipments
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email us at support@akitchenshop.com so we can reasonably assist.

Delivered but not received
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages lost after confirmed delivery.

International shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Multiple shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or package size.

Shipping restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipping to certain locations, regions, or jurisdictions at our sole discretion.
